Philosophical slogan:
"Even in the darkest chaos, color becomes a voice of survival."
This painting was created during one of the most challenging moments of my life. On February 24th, when the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began and Russian troops were already near Kyiv, I had to evacuate with my family to Lviv. The road was long, dangerous, and filled with uncertainty.
In Lviv, under constant air raid sirens, carrying the fear for my life and the lives of my loved ones, I turned to painting as a way to process the overwhelming stress and chaos. In early March 2022, I created this abstract work — a reflection of my unstable emotional and physical state, and my attempt to find a fragile sense of balance through art.
The vivid contrasts of red, blue, and yellow symbolize both turbulence and hope — a dialogue between destruction and resilience. This painting is not just an abstract composition, but a testimony to survival, inner strength, and the healing power of creativity.
