The artwork refers to the culture of the fighting video games, through the confrontation of the myths of ancient Greece' characters - Aphrodite and Persephone. Aphrodite fell in love with the mortal Adonis and hid him in a casket, entrusting Persephone's upbringing in the underworld. Persephone, upon seeing him, was captivated by his beauty and refused to return him to Aphrodite, which led to their dispute.
