Original artwork description:

COGLI L'ATTIMO 40 is one of the latest works in this series.
I made the work with the oil color technique on canvas, I use oil color by diluting it a lot, then I overlay many very thin layers of color to create the effects I want.
I prepare the base with a special mixture of plaster and glue that over the years I have learned to dose in the best way to accommodate the color and make it resistant over time.
The bottom of the painting is green to contrast the white of the jug that is about to fall into the void, it is a rusty and old jug, perhaps it was no longer needed or perhaps it was just a memory that now never returns!
This work is part of the series COGLI L'ATTIMO and is number 40, in this series I have tried to express the concept of appreciating what you have, of enjoying every moment that life offers us, before it is too late.

This jug takes me back to happy moments of my childhood when my grandmother told me that in her time there were no taps and water was a very precious commodity that should not be wasted, this teaching has remained with me and I try not to overdo it in consumption. of water!!

The work does not include the frame to let the jug fall where it wants, it is so empty!

The work is signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity

for non-EU shipments, it is necessary to wait for authorization from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and this could lead to a delay of a few days
