120 x 50 x 2cm Original abstract painting on stretched canvas
In this painting I wanted to create a field of pure colour built up in layers of contrasting colours, creating an optical rhythm across the visual field of the work. The work explores ideas of permutation and sequence and the relationship between individual elements within a series.
