Walking along the coast path near to Thurlestone in Devon we came across a hedgerow which was full of wild roses. They were tumbling down alongside the path and were a sight to behold against the backdrop of the sea.
The painting is on a chunky canvas and the painting covers the whole canvas including the sides. It is a colourful, impressionistic painting with bold colours and lively brushstrokes.
It is all ready to hang.
