"Coastal Landscape - Blakeney Marshes" is a panoramic oil painting on canvas by Mary Kemp.
It measures 90 x 30 x 1.7 cm (36 x 12 x 0.75 inches) and is unframed, but with painted sides so it is ready to hang.
There's a quiet place where I sometimes sit when visiting the Norfolk coast. It's a little elevated and you can see clear across the marshes out to sea. The sound of the sea birds fills the air and all is right with the world. I do a drawing or two every time, and it always changes and yet it always the same.
