Artwork description
City of the Hyperreal examines the contemporary city as a network of information, perception and mediated experience. Layers of architecture, digital connections and anonymous figures merge into a complex visual field where physical space and virtual reality become increasingly indistinguishable. Inspired by the concept of the hyperreal, the work reflects on how technology, data and constant connectivity reshape our understanding of place, identity and human interaction. The city becomes more than a collection of buildings—it is a living system of overlapping realities, where the boundaries between the real and the constructed are continually blurred.
