Painting representing a channel in La Baudissiere on Oleron Island. Oleron is located on the second largest island of the west coast of France. Called the luminous island, its sunshine makes it an ideal subject for painting. I have always loved these seaside landscapes, reminding me of my childhood holidays with my grandmother. It is an island of heart, my island.
