I work through repetition as a form of meditation. The painting is constructed mark by mark, allowing small gestures to accumulate into a larger visual rhythm. While the structure appears systematic, subtle variations in colour, pressure and spacing reveal the presence of time, attention and human touch. Colour becomes both an emotional and physical experience, guiding the eye across the surface while holding the composition together.
This work reflects my interest in mindfulness, patience and the quiet joy of making. It is not about a single moment, but about showing up repeatedly- allowing presence, colour and movement to coexist.
