This is from a new mini series revisiting my old travel notebooks and creating paintings from sketches at outdoor restaurants and cafes.

This is a view of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris from the nearby Cafe Notre Dame from a time before the fire. I sketched this with my coffee and croissant during a perfect day of drawing in the city in June 2014.

This painting is made with acrylic paint on unstretched raw canvas. The painting will come rolled in a tube for shipping.
