Original artwork description:

This is a small watercolour painting on paper, inspired by the light on the freshwater springs on the South Island of New Zealand; the water in these springs is reputed be the purest on the earth outside the Arctic. The colours used in the work are not representational; I've tried to capture the beauty of these springs through the clarity of the paint, and colours which speak to me of New Zealand in the summer.

The painting is double mounted under glass, and in a slim dark wooden frame. It has a D-ring on the back and is ready to hang. It is initialled in the lower right hand corner and signed in full on the reverse.
The painting will be securely wrapped and sent tracked and insured with Royal Mail.
