Impression of Buriton Village Pond, Hampshire in Autumn. Acrylic painting created with palette knife and brush with reflective paints. Deep box canvas painted black on the sides so provides effective visual frame with no need to frame.
Buriton is home to the great Hampshire pub the Five Bells, which has outstanding beer and food and the advantage of an attached art gallery 'Art in the morgue ' ( goes back to the time when the village had a quarry and lots of accidents I believe!) where several of my paintings are normally exhibited.
