Bulrushes,reeds in the river bank

Like spring time,
The perfectly standing bulrushes,
Are still here in winter time,
By the River Nadder,

The pale apricot light,
Gives a warmth and cheery glow,
I wonder if there will be more coming up soon.

Words and feelings-being in a tranquil and peaceful place is my idea of heaven.

An original watercolour using a four different techniques on cold pressed watercolour paper -high quality watercolour paints and my Chinese bamboo brushes.

Materials used:

Rough textured watercolour paper acid free bockingford tinted 140lb,White lightning watercolours,Chinese bamboo brushes, water,
