Original artwork description:
This is a recent commission I had of a dog that we know from our local park. Buddy is a handsome and lovely labrador and is very reliable at bringing back the ball. I went for a photoshoot with Buddy and made some initial sketches. Then I worked on a linen canvas back in my studio to recreate the image of Buddy. I used Michael Harding oils as they have the best colour.
