After revisiting a photograph from a couple of years ago during a day of plein air painting, I felt I could do a better job than I did with the plein air painting. Burrowing on my colorist way of seeing, I incorporated many colors including oranges, reds, purples, lavenders, greens, and yellow greens. Besides color, I was drawn to the strong light and shadows in the scene.

My materials include artist oils and an oil primed gesso board panel. The painting measures 8" x 10" or 20 x 25 centimeters. A professional camera was used to ensure the image is as close to the actual painting colors as I can get. I varnished the painting to protect and preserve the paint surface. High quality frames are important to the overall effect of each painting. So that is what I used, and I attached hanger wire so the painting will be ready to hang when you open the box. The frame is dark brown with warm undertones and an antique gold filet. I think you will be pleased.

When this painting is purchased, it will ship in a sturdy cardboard box, packaged with the utmost care to minimize any chance of damage. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please contact me directly through my website email if you have any questions. Thanks for viewing my painting.
