Original artwork description:

This 30" x 30" painting on canvas is a vibrant celebration of nature's abundance, created after my recent visit to 'Flora in contemporary Art and culture' in London. The exhibition ignited a renewed love of florals and botanicals that are entwined in our humanity. It can been both timeless and modern, delicate and bold.

In this piece, I have let the energy of that inspiration flow freely across the canvas. Lush green leaves weave through cascades of soft white daisies, magenta blooms and bursts of golden foliage. Layered colours from warm blush pinks to cool cerulean blues. A sense of depth and movement as if the garden is swaying gently is a summer breeze.
I paint intuitively, responding to the interplay of shapes and colours rather than working to a fixed plan.
This piece is prefect for anyone wanting a burst of colour and life into their home. It's a reminder of the and energy of nature, reframed through a contemporary lens.
