There is a small town in Ireland called Listowel. During the annual horse racing week festivities, they host a "Ladies' Day" where the women all wear their finest suits and the fanciest hats on earth. It is a delight to the eyes to see how creative, elegant and outrageous the hats can be! And each time I see photos of this event, I crave a closet filled with elegant hats covered in blooms.
