Original artwork description
A carpet of bluebells growing beneath a canopy of birch trees is one of the loveliest sights of the British Isles. Each spring, the bluebells appear in Shotover woods just outside Oxford and each spring I walk there as often as I can to catch their scent and their glamour.
This painting is acrylic on canvas, painted with brush and palette knife, varnished and comes framed and ready to hang in a contemporary white frame.
Framed measurements are 32cm x 42cm x 3cm. (Please contact me if you'd like to buy it unframed)
I’ve signed the back and it will be sent with a signed certificate of authenticity but please let me know if you would like it signed on the front and I’ll be happy to do so.
