'Blodeuwedd' is a Welsh mythological character made from flowers from the Mabinogion stories. A rich symbol of beauty, nature and transformation.
A joyful, immersive artwork inspired by a vibrant floral mural I have completed in my own home which transferred a small space into a lush botanical retreat. ( I have added photos for you to see the mural )
This painting brings that same spirit to life in a bold composition of abstract flower forms. Lively pinks, rich reds, golden yellows and lush greens dance together against a vivid blue background, evoking the energy and movement of a blossoming garden.
