Such unusual and distinctive birds!

I made this print along with three other birds: lapwings, cormorants and an avocet, after a series of trips to the wonderful Minsmere RSPB nature reserve in the Suffolk coast.

This is a reduction linoprint: the edition number you are sent might vary from the photo.

All of my prints are original linocuts and are handmade by me. Because they are handmade, prints inevitably have minuscule differences...part of the charm of being made by a person and not a machine!

I use Lawrence oil-based relief printing inks and Zerkall smooth white paper, 145gsm. I use a BlueBoy printing press. There is more information about my studio and other work on my website.
