Between Tide and Breath captures a fragile moment of pause, when the world seems suspended between movement and stillness. The boats rest in shallow water, as if held between departure and return, while above them the sky slowly unfolds, breathing across the surface.
Light does not simply illuminate — it holds the composition together. It moves gently through form, dissolving hard edges and creating a quiet atmosphere where everything exists in balance, yet not in stillness.
The rock at the center becomes a point of presence — something constant within change. At the same time, the boats introduce a human scale, but not a narrative. They do not tell what has happened or what will happen; they simply mark a state of waiting.
This work is not about a place, but about an experience — a brief interval when time slows, breath settles, and movement is felt not as action, but as a subtle, almost imperceptible force.
