This painting is covered and protected by a beautiful, shiny and translucent layer of resin! This resin protects the piece from any harm and also gives the impression of this painting being perpetually wet and inviting.

This piece is a completely unique and original abstract acrylic painting on canvas. It is an exercise in fluid painting. This piece is stunning in its soft, fluid deep blue movement, contrasted by gold and yellow. The contrast of vibrant color makes this piece intriguing and pop to the viewer's eye and this contrast is even more pronounced in person. It has the cool and deep blue feel of a water mirage in the desert. There is also subtle surface texture and what appears to be bubbles and minor cracks that exist and wrap around the canvas, giving it depth and the appearance of water mixing with sand. It is beautiful in its simplicity of color palette and the emergence of forms. This is the perfect accent piece for the right space. It is the 109th in my new series of abstract acrylic works.

Note: This painting is painted on canvas and does not come framed, however the painting continues on the edges of the canvas and is covered by a beautiful, shiny layer of resin, therefore framing is not necessary or recommended. It is hang ready and protected from any harm. Painting in pictures might not be perfectly to scale.
