Did the figures create the spiral, or are they following it?

This is originally inspired by the beach at Broadhaven in Pembrokeshire, but I hope encapsulates the feeling of visitors to beaches anywhere in the world. A time to feel free and to meander along - without the pressures of daily life.

Materials used:

White, Satin Somerset 250 gsm paper with oil-based etching inks
