This is the second in my series of three owls, the first one being the Eagle Owl. In real life the Barn Owl is quite a small bird, very tender to look at and very adorable. The whiteness of their feathers make them look precious, but in reality they are more than capable of defending themselves. I have used a bit of artists licence and the bird is bigger in the print than in real life, so that it matches in scale to the Eagle Owl print. It is set in moonlight.
