The Cèze springs from the Cévennes mountains near Saint–André–Capcéze. She flows through limestone country before joining the Rhône at Bagnols-sur-Cèze. The weather was baking hot but you can enjoy the cooling shade of riverside trees or swim the delightful water. This is one of three such paintings I made by the Cèze this summer.
