The woman on my painting is enjoying a painting by Andy Warhol of a banana. Warhol slapped his now famous banana on the cover for the debut album by the Velvet Underground for which he served as the manager and patron saint. The album is now widely recognized as one of the greatest and most influential albums in the history of popular music.
