In this vibrant piece we see the Pink Panther has channelled his inner Banksy and created an urban art masterpiece of himself releasing a heart shaped balloon, in the style of Banksy's 'Balloon Girl'. Unfortunately Little Man from the council isn't impressed with Pinksy's creativity and is already painting over this graffiti piece which is probably already worth a fortune. An original comic book style painting in professional acrylics on stretched canvas.
The sides are painted black ready to hang or frame, and the painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
