Backwaters Mountain is inspired by the animal sanctuary La Perle aux Oiseaux, Marrakech. An oasis of calm for trafficked and rescued animals. In this work Nadia has created a flower filled mountain landscape, surrounded by lush lagoon pools from where these beautiful birds can sing.
