Awakening is an intimate story of inner opening and the acceptance of one's own sensuality.

This painting was created between Thailand and Barcelona: the first strokes appeared in the warm island atmosphere at the beginning of 2025, and the final touches and copper leaf shimmer were added during the summer in Spain.

The copper details evoke the feeling of an icon, merging with the contemporary image of a woman, her bodily wisdom, and the quiet light within.

It is a story about letting go of control — that moment when tension melts away and true pleasure emerges, like an invisible light radiating beyond the body.
