Original artwork description
This sweet little square painting is inspired by the artist M.C. Escher. Ever since I saw his drawing of the sky reflected in a puddle I always look for that reflection on my walks through the woods.
I think maybe it tells you to look beyond the dark spots (in your life?) to the light.
I created this work with thinned oilpaint, lots of dripping and spattering
To protect my paintings from UV-light and dust I varnish my paintings with at least 2 coats of matt varnish. Signature and date is on the back. I will put a wire on the back so it will be ready to hang.
