Original artwork description:

The view from the Moscow River embankment to the tented Church of the Ascension of the Lord is the most interesting point for choosing a motif in Kolomenskoye. The place is very accessible; a few meters away there flows a small Sadovnichesky stream, which originates in the Golosov ravine, near the river there are many ducks that are fed by park visitors. In spring in April, the green shades are varied, and the white temple literally burns like sugar in the sun.
Exhibitions:
2015 “The Artist’s Palette. Semyon Kozhin. History and Modernity" in the Atrium Exhibition Hall of the Moscow State United Art Historical-Architectural and Natural Landscape Museum-Reserve "Kolomenskoye". (Moscow)

Materials used:

Oil
