This sketch was painted on a rainy day in the park at the time of flowering. It is on a rainy day that you feel the smells of spring flowering especially strongly. They are gentle and intoxicating, give the aroma of love. Birds, especially nightingales, sing their trills as if singing the awakening and restoration of nature.
