This artwork is inspired by the summer forest around my hometown in Germany. It has a lot of structure and layers.

Mixed media - made with different shades of green, beige and blue combined with white acrylic and airbrush color. Structures are made with paper collage. Highlights are set with oil pastel.

Signed on the front. The sides are painted white but with light visible traces of the development of the painting. The canvas is stretched on a wooden frame with a solid hanger and is ready to hang. Framing is not required but it looks great in a shadow box frame.

This artwork is part of my series "And into the forest I go...". Please have a look at my other offers here.

A thin layer of varnish protects the artwork against UV light and dust.

Materials used:

Acrylic, Airbrush Color, Pastel, Sand
