Charcoal drawing of nude female in motion.
Alternate version of a previous piece, in smaller size.
In this dancing-series I explore motion. To me, this model has a good balance of femininity and muscle definition, making her really interesting to draw and look at. There is so much going on. Dynamic, interesting stuff.
My drawings are all done on high quality paper, treated with several layers of fixative to protect from smudging and fading. You can hang them directly on your wall, but framing is usually preferred.
I carefully package my work for international shipment. The drawings are rolled into cardboard tubes, which are rolled in corrugated cardboard, then placed in thick-walled cardboard boxes. (See photos of packaging in the “Me at work” section of my profile).
