An orchestra of pedestrians, the sound of humanity in motion is the complete title.
This is a smooth surface bright cotton paper, the colours really stand out. Here I’m revisiting some of my fave characters from my earlier paintings, all on one long strip. I wanted them walking towards the viewer, loose, unfinished, semi abstract, a splash of colours and humanity painted to the music around me. Hence the title…
The close up picture gives a better sense of the brush strokes and paint. Then there’s the work in progress. And there’s me posing with the artwork for perspective.
