Original artwork description
The view from my old studio in Devon.. This is the third impression of a small painting I struggled with and nearly destroyed. My wife hung it in our kitchen and then I grew to really like it. Sometimes you just have to live with something, be it wife or painting!
It's a curious one. But as I've now moved away from that studio, it's even more curious (to me!) - a memory that I'd rather not cling onto but let someone else have to regard simply as a painting of an interior with a view.
Unframed but as a block it can be hung with no frame; framing remains an option.
Materials used:
Spectrum oil paint, knives, sticks, paste medium.
