Original artwork description
Along the lane we walked from the village called Hinton st Mary in the Blackmore vale down to the River stour .The winter hedgerows are stark with colours of rusty browns,charcoal greys and flashes of plum.The simple hedgeline with a winter tree inspired me to create this scene in January 2017 .
Three colours ,one brush ,smooth textured watercolour paper and Holbien watercolour paints.
Showing my art student Anne who I've been teaching for over four years the watercolour techniques.
