Original artwork description
Almond Grove set against a sea of poppies. This painting was inspired by my travels on the island of Mallorca. Highly textured painting in oils and acrylics with light reflective gold paint created with a palette knife and brush. Has a depth that can only be achieved using oil paints ( but time consuming process ). This painting I hope captures the warmth of the sun and a feeling of being in Mallorca.
Painted on 4mm Loxley premium quality deep box canvas, painted on edges, so there is no need to frame.
