Artwork description
High above Chamonix in the Northern Alps, the Lac Blanc only reveals itself after a long hike, this time in the beating sunshine. It's well worth the trek as the lake is a landscape of extraordinary beauty. Crystal-clear turquoise water mirroring the surrounding alpine peaks while a solitary floating iceberg holds onto the winter.
My work is inspired by a love of the sea, atmospheric light and a combination of those that evoke a feeling of freedom.
