Storm Goretti swept across Cornwall on January 8th 2026 leaving devastation in its wake. St Michael's Mount lost approx 80% of its trees and the familiar silhouette has been changed forever. Yet beauty emerged almost immediately with calm weather and stunning sunsets reminding us that there is always hope, we just have to wait.
