Original artwork description
After The Rain Has Fallen (2026)
“I paint to find my silence. This triptych is a panoramic record of the world catching its breath—a moment when the air is heavy, the colors are deep, and the chaos finally settles.”
The Musical Riddle: The title is a key to a hidden harmony. It may be a direct reference to a song, a fragmented lyric, or an emotional inversion of a text that resonated in my studio. I invite you to find the sonic match among the layers of grey and earth tones; only then is the full synergy of sound and color unlocked.
The View: A monumental, three-panel synthesis of a specific landscape. This triptych captures the essence of a world transformed by water—inspired by the profound stillness that follows a heavy downpour. By taking a narrow vertical slice of reality and stretching it across 210 cm of canvas, I created a series of horizontal horizons that invite the mind to wander along the forest edge and misty fields.
The Craft: Part of the award-winning Blinkered series. This large-scale work is built with dozens of layers of acrylic paint on premium linen canvas. Using sponges and pallet knives, I reveal the underlying "kaleidoscopic magic" of pigments, creating a textured surface that radiates meditative calm and a distinct, introspective energy.
