Artist's description:

In Vietnam, there is always red flamboyant blooming on the trees in the beginning of summer, that is when pupils/students prepare summer holiday. So they are often affected by emotion before the good-bye saying moment. The painting describes a group of school girl in white “Ao dai” (the tradditional long dress of Vietnamese woman) are chatting and exchanging emotion before farewell. The red color is the symbol of flamboyant and summer. These are pure memories in th period of pupil!
