On a black ground, bands and curves of saturated colour move in competing directions without resolving into legible form. Pink, yellow, blue, orange, and pale lavender are the principal elements — each stroke wide and confident, the edges carrying impasto ridges. The composition loosely reads as two organic masses flanking a central gap, but this reading does not stabilise. Diagonal yellow strokes cut from lower-left to upper-right. Short horizontal magenta dashes interrupt the upper register. The black ground holds the colours apart while appearing to absorb them at their edges. No line of the composition arrives at resolution; every curve opens into another.
