Original artwork description
This diptych painting is my personal interpretation of a quiet, poetic moment on the winter sea. I created it inspired by the graceful dance of swans gliding across cold, restless waters. The deep blues of the waves contrast with the soft, luminous whites and gentle blush tones of the swans, capturing both the strength of the sea and the fragility of life upon it.
The movement of the water feels almost alive—rolling, breathing—while the swans remain calm and elegant, as if performing a silent ballet. Light reflects across the surface in shimmering strokes, suggesting the fleeting beauty of a winter sunset. There is a sense of solitude, but also peace—an intimate dialogue between nature and stillness.
Through this work, I wanted to express how even in the coldest, most turbulent moments, there is grace, beauty, and quiet harmony.
