Inspired by the soft, diffused light of a garden waking up at dawn, this original watercolor captures the fleeting beauty of a lush floral bouquet. I wanted to paint the feeling of "warmth" itself—the way the sun turns every petal into a translucent glow.
Watercolor, with its inherent transparency, allows me to layer delicate washes of rose, peach, and gold to create a luminous, "lit-from-within" effect. My style in this work leans toward Atmospheric Impressionism; I intentionally softened the edges of the roses and the vase, letting the forms dissolve into the background to evoke a sense of a beautiful, half-remembered dream.
