ABOUT THE ART WORK
When I was creating this painting, I wanted to capture not the landscape itself, but a state of being — that fleeting moment when reality softens and begins to resemble a dream.
I imagined this coastline not literally, but the way the imagination feels it: in swirling light, in shifting colors, in movements you can’t quite explain but instantly recognize inside.
I worked with rich impasto, layering the paint so each stroke could live on its own — like a memory that lingers after a vivid dream.
The swirling clouds, the warm glow on the rocks, the gentle transitions of turquoise and violet — all of it was created so the viewer doesn’t just look at the painting but steps into it, as if taking a quiet step into a private reverie.
I wanted to express a sense of freedom, a soft detachment, and that inner light that appears when we allow ourselves to dream.
This is not a real place — it is a state of the soul, something that only appears in those rare moments when we wander through our own thoughts and dreams.
I hope this work becomes a window for you into a peaceful, luminous space — a place where you can pause, breathe, and feel that everything inside has become quiet and harmonious again.
