Original artwork description
Painting worked from free improvisation. Action painting playing Flower Duet.
Landscape, Nature, beings of this world and others... everything passed through the filter of a dream and built on a wall marked by graffiti, dirt and the passage of time, in a big city.
We, who are Nature but who have become something else.
Gestural, intuitive painting, that lets things happen and relies on what appears. Taking advantage of the accident and accepting the consequences.
The unknown, what slips through our fingers... Nature, antiquity, the earthly and the spiritual.
Need to tell things, to leave a mark, to understand the world, which is always modern and ancient.
Nothing matters much... Working with a lost gaze...
Materials used:
acrylic, gesso, pigments, charcoal, wax, pastel, tempera
Details:
- Mixed-media painting on Canvas
