"A Penguin Walks into a Bar" is a playful abstract painting that blends geometric structure with expressive freedom. This combination reflects my ongoing fascination with balance, rhythm, and movement. I wanted this piece to feel lively yet composed, almost like a conversation unfolding between the shapes. The color palette of blues, teals, greens, and soft neutrals brings both coolness and warmth to the composition.
Influenced by cubism and mid-century abstraction, this work builds on my love of clean lines and curved forms that suggest figures and stories without ever fully revealing them. This piece is both light-hearted and thoughtful — a celebration of color, form, and the small moments of joy that come from creating something unexpected.
