Original artwork description:

Same story as always. I was in transit somewhere when one sight struck me – made me feel a million different emotions at once. This time it was a structure whose purpose I couldn’t even guess at the time. The stormy whirl of clouds above made it so unsettling it took my breath away.

The slight tilt of the horizon line echoes the gathering storm, reinforcing the tension between order and chaos. The central role clearly belongs to this construction – the sky and the ground both seem to acknowledge it. The yellow light, the sharp contrast of colors – everything leads the eye toward this strange monument.

Exhibited in: “Endurlings. The End of the City”, Warsaw, 2025 – the artist’s MFA graduation exhibition.

The painting is ready to hang and will be delivered in secure, multi-layered packaging, insured and tracked to ensure its safety during transport. Each work comes with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its originality.

Materials used:

Oil paint on canvas
