🎭 PURE JOY – DYNAMICS OF PLAY

🔶 MY VISION:
With this sculpture, I wanted to capture the ultimate expression of vitality—the exact millisecond a dog leaps into the air, frozen in a state of absolute euphoria.
This artwork morphs the elegant silhouette of a sighthound into a dynamic vertical line of pure energy. By stripping away non-essential details, the body is synthesized into fluid, sleek planes where the elongated neck, arched back, and extended paws create a perfect harmony of motion and gravity.
Through radical simplification and a rich, nuanced bronze patina, I aimed to balance the raw excitement of the moment with a timeless, modern elegance.
The small ball held tightly in its jaws becomes the focal point of the entire composition. It is an exploration of how a minimalist form can radiate intense joy, playful spirit, and unparalleled grace above its dark, solid base.
